We are thrilled to  be carrying Jersey Bean’s Cold Brew Coffee in our market! Established in December 2013, by the sisters that own and operate Hudson Cafe in Atlantic Highlands, Jersey Bean’s resulted from their unique cold brewing method of coffee that quickly grew to have a large following at the cafe. Soon they decided to brand and bottle this product resulting in Jersey Bean’s Cold Brew Coffee.

WHAT IS COLD BREW? Cold Brewing is a process in which fresh ground coffee beans are soaked in filtered water for an extended period of time producing a deliciously smooth, low-acidity coffee drink. Just add cream and sugar and enjoy!

First Field makes premium specialty foods from sustainably grown produce and high quality ingredients selected first and foremost for their superior taste, supplied by people they know and trust. They buy all their tomatoes from NJ state growers, the onions in their ketchup are freshly cut locally, the spices fair trade when possible, the cane sugar organic, the apple cider vinegar from a family-run company. And unlike many makers of competing products, they don’t use shortcuts like tomato paste or concentrates.

They are specialty food award winners and featured in countless publications such as Edible Jersey, The New York Times, The New Yorker, Fine Cooking and New Jersey Monthly.
