Greek Orzo Salad

Greek Orzo Salad
(Serves 6)


1 lb. orzo, not cooked
1 cup finely chopped sundried tomatoes
1 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives
1/2 lb. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup olive oil

Cook orzo according to package instructions (approximately 10 minutes). Cool and mix all ingredients together until blended.
