Mobile App FAQs


Q: Where is the main menu?
A: 
We’ve redesigned our main menu as a navigation bar so that it’s always visible to you at the bottom of your screen. From here you’ll be able to easily shop and access our More menu. Here is a description of each tab:

  • Home – Access quick links to all the main features of our app
  • Shop Aisles – Browse products by category
  • Shopping List – View items added to your list and check out as pick-up or delivery orders in select stores
  • Circular – Scroll through the pages of our weekly circular and add sale items to your list
  • More – Additional features such as links to other Apps and settings


Q: Do I have to sign in?
A: 
You have the option of signing into the App with your account username and password, or you can use the App as a guest. It’s important to note that when you use the App as a guest several features will not be available to you. However, if you sign in, you’ll be able to access personalized coupons, past purchases, and shopping lists.

Q: How do I sign in?
A: 
If you have not already signed in, the sign-in page will appear when you first open the App. Or, you can click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the app to sign in.

Q: How do I save a shopping list for future use?
A:
 Click on the three dots in the upper left corner and choose “Save to Lists” to add to an existing list or create a new list. You can also save items to lists as you’re shopping. Click on the item you wish to save to get to the product detail page. Then click on the list icon (under the "save favorite" heart).

Q: How do I access my Saved Lists?
A: 
Click on the "Saved Lists" from the home page or "My Lists" in the More menu. You can create as many shopping lists as you need. You can also add any or all items from a Saved List.

Q: How do I access my past purchases to build my List?
A: Click on "Past Purchases" from the home page. You can also click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the homage page to view your personal information, including Past Purchases.

Q: Why can’t I view my past purchases on the App?
A: 
Your past purchases will display 24 hours after the purchase. If the phone number was not used during checkout, the items purchased will not appear in past purchases.  If you’re using a phone number lookup when checking out, make sure the correct phone number is linked to the same account you’re using on the App.

Q: If I already started my order on my computer, can I access it on the App?
A: 
Yes, as long as you are signed in you can start your order on your desktop computer and access it on your App. You can also start your order on the App and access it on your desktop.

Q: How do I shop by product category?
A: 
From the home page, click on the “Shop Aisles” icon to view product categories.

Q: How do I shop by what’s currently on sale?
A: 
Click on the “Weekly Circular” icon in the navigation bar to view the Weekly Circular.

Q: How do I shop by aisle?
A: 
If you've selected browse app then you can view your shopping list sorted by aisle.

Q: Where is my profile?
A: 
From the home page, click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen. Once logged in you'll be able to view your digital coupons loaded, past purchases, saved lists & recipes, and account settings.

Q: How do I load digital coupons?
A: 
Click on "Digital Coupons" from the home screen. Digital coupons can be searched, sorted, and filtered.  Once you've found a coupon you're interested in, click on “Load to Card” to load the offer right to your account. You can also click on the coupon image and description to view more details about the offer, including a list of participating products, which you can add to your shopping list.

Q: How do I search for items in the App?
A: 
From the home page of the app, type the description of the item you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page. The initial drop-down will display product categories that your search results are in, or you can simply click on the link below that says "Search all results for...". You can also just hit the search button on your keyboard.

Q: How do I scan items to view them in the App?
A: 
From the home page of the app, click on the barcode icon in the search bar. Or tap the search bar to view the option to "Scan a barcode". Place the product barcode within the window to scan. The search will start automatically.

Q: How do I change my preferred store?
A: 
Your selected store and shopping mode will appear at the top of the home screen. Click on this area to view what you've selected, and change to "Browse app", "Pickup", or "Delivery". Choose the store of your choice by entering a zip code or city and state in the search box. Then select your preferred store from the populated list.
