1 (3 oz) package ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
1 (5 oz) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup Peanut Sauce
8 leaves bibb lettuce
Chopped peanuts
Sliced green onions
Directions

1. Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold running water; drain again.

 

2. In medium bowl, combine ramen, chicken, cucumber, bell pepper and peanut sauce; toss until ramen is coated.

 

3. Divide ramen mixture evenly among lettuce leaves. Garnish with peanuts and onions.
