Ingredients
1 box (16 oz) Bowl & Basket ziti pasta
1 jar Bowl & Basket Specialty Marinara Sauce
15 oz Bowl & Basket ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated Bowl & Basket Specialty Parmesan cheese
1 package (2 cups) Bowl & Basket shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente (1-2 minutes less than specified time on box).
  3. Drain and set aside. While water is boiling, combine ricotta, egg, salt, and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese and mix well.
  4. When pasta is cooked, toss with marinara sauce until well coated.
  5. Pour half of the pasta mixture into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Evenly drop dollops of the ricotta cheese mixture over the top of the pasta and gently smooth out to form an even layer.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then top with remaining pasta.
  8. Cover the top of the pasta with the rest of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown in places.
  10. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
