1 cup Strawberries, cleaned and sliced
1 cup Blueberries, rinsed and drained
1⁄3 cup Bowl & Basket Pecans
1⁄4 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
Bowl & Basket Specialty Strawberry Rose Wine Vinegar
Directions
- Massage kale with a few tsp of olive oil to tenderize.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for the oil and vinegar and toss lightly.
- Add equal parts oil and vinegar as desired and toss salad well before serving.
