1. In a bowl, dust chicken wings with baking powder, mixing until evenly coated. Repeat with salt and pepper.
2. Air Fry wings for about 8 minutes, until the skin is lightly golden.
3. Pour 1 tub of Bitchin’ Sauce into a saute pan over medium heat. Mix in once-fried wings just as the sauce begins to bubble. Toss in the pan until the sauce reduces, forming a thick coating over the wings.
4. Air Fry wings once more for 6-8 minutes, then let cool.
5. Dip wings into additional Bitchin’ Sauce as desired. Enjoy!
