Ingredients
2 tbsp Bowl & Basket Specialty Bacon Fat
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1 small onion chopped
Cooked chopped bacon for serving (optional)
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
  1. In a large skillet (cast iron if possible) melt bacon fat over high heat.
  2. Add onions and brussels sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss bacon (optional) into pan. Serve immediately.
