1 tbs Oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 jar of Patak’s ® Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce
1 3/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
2 tbs Heavy Cream (optional)
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium-low heat and fry the onion until translucent and golden.
- Stir in the chicken and cook until seared.
- Pour in the Patak’s ® Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and the tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- For extra thickness, stir in heavy cream just before serving.
