Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry
12-15 slices of Bowl & Basket Sliced Mild Cheddar Natural Cheese
8 hot dogs
Sheet pan
Butter (melted)
Poppy seeds (for topping)
Ketchup (or condiment of choice)
Directions

1. Roll out each of your puff pastry sheets separately. Flatten until each is doubled in size.

2. On an upside down sheet pan, add 1 sheet of puff pastry. Brush generously with melted butter, then layer with cheddar cheese slices.

3. Add the second sheet of puff pastry.

4. Place the small bowl upside down in the center of your stacked puff pastry and cheese. Cut 8 slices from the bowl to the edge, creating 8 even strips that are connected at the center.

5. Wrap one hot dog in each of the pastry and cheese slices. Repeat with remaining hot dogs. Remove the bowl from the center, then add the sheet pan with your pigs in a blanket to the grill.

6. Grill for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and flaky. Add ketchup (or condiment of choice) to the small bow that was previously used, and place back in the center of your pigs in a blanket ring. Pull apart and enjoy!
