Ingredients
4 bags herbal tea
1 cup non-alcoholic ginger beer
Ice
Grapefruit slices for garnish (optional)
Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions

1. In small saucepan, heat 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Place tea bags in glass measuring cup; add boiling water and steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags; add 2 cups cold water and refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Makes about 4 cups

 

2. Fill 4 (16-ounce) glasses with ice; add tea and top with beer. Serve mock-mules garnished with grapefruit slices and/or mint sprigs, if desired. Makes 4 mock-mules
