Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1 tbs Wholesome Pantry honey
1 tbs minced garlic
1 lemon, juiced
3 tbs whole grain mustard
4 (6oz) Bowl & Basket Specialty Coho salmon fillets, thawed and patted dry
Directions

1. Preheat the broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then coat with nonstick cooking spray.

 

2. In a small bowl combine butter, honey, garlic, lemon juice, and mustard; mix well.

 

3. Place salmon on a baking sheet. Coat evenly with honey mustard mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

4. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until the top is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer to individual plates and serve.
