Ingredients
4oz peeled and deveined shrimp or sliced boneless, skinless chicken
1 Tbsp vegetable oil ( optional Kikkoman Sesame oil)
1 green onion, sliced
Kikkoman® Gluten Free Pad Thai Noodle Kit with Sauce
Bean sprouts, optional topping
chopped peanuts, optional topping
cilantro, optional topping
Lime wedge, optional topping
Directions

1. Cook Rice Noodles in boiling water 4 minutes. Drain noodles.

 

2. Meanwhile, Stir-fry shrimp (or chicken) in hot oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Saute shrimp for 3-4 minutes, and chicken for 8 minutes.

 

3. Reduce heat and stir in sauce and green onion

 

4. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Top with optional bean sprouts, peanuts, cilantro and lime wedge if desired
