Ingredients
8 slices Arnold® Whole Grains Oatnut bread, crusts removed
1 tbs organic honey mustard
4 slices Applegate Naturals® smoked turkey breast, halved
4 thin slices reduced fat Swiss cheese, halved
2/3 cup spring mix lettuce
1/2 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup matchstick-cut carrots
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place bread on rimmed baking pan; spritz with water. Bake 1 minute or until heated through; while still warm, with rolling pin, flatten bread.

 

2. Spread honey mustard on top edge of bread slices; place 1 piece turkey and 1 piece cheese on each slice of bread. On bottom edge of bread slices, place lettuce, pepper and carrots; starting at bottom edge, roll up bread to enclose fillings. Slice rolls crosswise into 1-inch pieces.
