Ingredients
2 tbs canola oil
14.2 oz 1 package soba stir-fry noodles
1/2 cup General Tsao style stir-fry sauce
15 oz ½ package sugar snap peas
2 Pkgs. stir fry with chicken strips and vegetables, divided
Directions

1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 minutes or until browned. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes or until peppers are tender-crisp and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°. Transfer chicken mixture to large bowl.

 

2. In same skillet, cook and stir noodles and sauce over medium-high heat 2 minutes, separating noodles with side of wooden spoon. Add snap peas; cook and stir 1 minute. Add chicken mixture; toss. Makes about 8 cups.

 

Chef Tips: Customize this recipe by swapping the chicken with blackened shrimp and/or the soba noodles with yellow zucchini noodles.
