Cellentani Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
1 box Barilla® Protein+® Cellentani pasta
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup black olives, sliced
½ cup green olives, sliced
½ cup pepperoni, quartered
½ cup Genoa salami, quartered
¼ cup roasted red pepper, diced
½ cup mozzarella cheese balls
½ cup provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
8 leaves basil, sliced thin
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Drizzle pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil and place on a sheet tray to cool down. Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients, cooked pasta and dressing.
