1 Pack Bowl & Basket Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Vidalia Sweet Onion
2 pack Bowl & Basket Garlic
Fresh Baked Steak Rolls
Salt
Black Pepper
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Directions
- Cut the peppers and onions into strips making sure not to forget to deseed the peppers. Dice up your garlic into small pieces.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the onions, garlic and peppers. Lower the heat to medium-low and add in your salt and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent and peppers are soft.
- Cook sausage on grill or on skillet over medium-high heat turning occasionally for an even cook. The sausage should take 8-10 minutes to cook fully.
- Slice the bread and place a sausage link in the middle along with the onions and peppers. Enjoy!
