Ingredients
2 cups Bowl & Basket long grain white rice
1 Bowl & Basket cinnamon stick
2 cups Bowl & Basket whole milk
1 can Bowl & Basket evaporated milk
1 can Bowl & Basket sweetened condensed milk
⅔ cup Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp Bowl & Basket vanilla extract
Bowl & Basket ground cinnamon, for serving
4 cups water
Directions
  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear, then combine the rice, water, and cinnamon stick in a large pot. Bring to a boil on the stove, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until rice has absorbed all the water.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook gently for another 10 minutes or until thickened and rice is soft. Remove the cinnamon stick. Note: Rice pudding will continue to thicken after you remove it from heat, so keep this in mind!
