9 oz package frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbs sliced green onions
1/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Directions

1. Cook spinach as directed on package; drain and press to remove moisture.

 

2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 1 minute.

 

3. Whisk together sour cream, milk, cheese, flour and salt. Stir into onions. Cook until bubbly and thick.

 

4. Stir spinach into sauce until well mixed and serve.
