Ingredients
2 cups Pearl Milling Company Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 2/3 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Add milk, eggs, canola oil and molasses and whisk into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased, hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
- Pile 'em high on a platter, because these things will disappear in a hurry!
- Drizzle with Pearl Milling Company Original Syrup, add a dollop of whipped cream and then sprinkle with desired toppings.
