Ingredients
1 store bought pound cake, thawed if frozen
8-10 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket brown sugar
2 tbsp Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 package Wholesome Pantry Vanilla Almond Granola
1 container Bowl & Basket Extra Creamy Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions
  1. Toss the peach slices with the brown sugar, granulated sugar and lemon juice and let sit for 10-15 minutes or until peaches have softened slightly and released some of their juices.
  2. While waiting for peaches, cut pound cake into small cubes.
  3. When ready to assemble, place one layer of pound cake pieces in the bottom of a glass or personal serving bowl. Layer with peach mixture, then whipped topping, then granola. Repeat until the glass is full. Top with additional granola if desired and serve.
