1 Pack Bowl & Basket Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Vidalia Sweet Onion
2 pack Bowl & Basket Garlic
Fresh Baked Steak Rolls

Directions
  1. Cut the peppers and onions into strips making sure not to forget to deseed the peppers. Dice up your garlic into small pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the onions, garlic and peppers. Lower the heat to medium-low and add in your salt and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent and peppers are soft.
  3. Cook sausage on grill or on skillet over medium-high heat turning occasionally for an even cook. The sausage should take 8-10 minutes to cook fully.
  4. Slice the bread and place a sausage link in the middle along with the onions and peppers. Enjoy!
