Plump shrimp sautéed to perfection in a fragrant garlic lemon sauce. Tossed with linguine and sprinkled with parsley for the perfect weeknight meal.

Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1 Box Ronzoni No. 8 Spaghetti Pasta
1/4 cup unsalted butter
5 cloves Garlic, minced
2 lbs bowl & basket Cleaned & Tail-On Raw Shrimp, Large, 62-80, thawed
4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Italian bread, for serving
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, parsley and pepper; saute for 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in lemon juice. Toss pasta with scampi sauce and serve with Italian bread, if desired.
